Akshara also means eternal permenant. Kshara means something that can be destroyable..something that is not permenant. While Akshara in hindi means opposite of Kshara..meaning something that lasts for ever..in Hindu religion...once Atma becomes Akshara (Mukta..or free from attachment..)..it becomes eternal..which can not be destroyed ever.
