Posted by mikayla byrne on Aug 30, 2008 My daughter in law is having a baby girl this January 2009 and she wants to name her Mikayla Rose. My son likes the name especially its meaning. I also like it because they a added a middle name Rose, which was taken from my name Rosalie. I love the name, it's a gorgeous name.
